MHz Networks sends Memo to Stations about Public Records Reqests
On August 19, 2010, MHz Networks CEO Frederick Thomas sent a letter to all MHz affiliates informing them that Jerry Kenney might be making public records requests. KenneyTV.com was specifically interested in reviewing the Affliate Agreements the stations have with MHz Networks.

Federal Law prohibits stations from signing contracts that don't allow them to reject programs
that they find unacceptable.
